Hello Cyberchumps!!! What a weekend that was! Great gig at the Brevet on Friday, despite the fact the recent trouble with the Rozzers had put a few off of going there. Apparantly they got heavy about having members only etc etc! Nevertheless we had a packed night, all went well and we were up all night again. By we, of course, I mean Chunk and I. That guy has an insatiable appetite for party's! When the gig finally ended we stayed at the Brevet until 2pm then went to a girl  I had never met befores house. Sam was really nice. There were also some other kids there, I say kids as they were all under 20. Jason, Jacob, Lee, a girl whose number I cant remember, Chunk and some girl he was knocking off!! I got pissed and then went home. Getting too old for this me thinks!!!

 

Or apparantly not!! Saturday night at the Mariner was a very strange affair. On arrival at the venue we were handclapped inside by a party from Croydon who had been in the pub since 11.30am. Quite impressive as it was now 7.30pm!!! We got set up, skipped soundcheck (and still sounded fucking awsome I hasten to add) and the pub suddenly emptied!! There were probably 20 people left which was a bit strange to say the least. We played ok though and got through to half time to consider our position....and duly get drunk! As it happened the second half was a completely different affair. A few of our friends turned up and made it a realy party. Taya was back from Uni and it was also her birthday! Great night in the end. God that girl can dance! She's got all the right moves!! Oh to be 10yrs younger!! Funny thing was I thought she was out with her sister. Would appear she does not have a sister, the person in question was in fact her mum!! Sweet Jesus, extremely beautiful woman. Even funnier was I knew Taya's Dad, Vanessa's husband, Jeff!! He has been to a few of our gigs but I had never put two and two together!! Cracked me up. Anyway, after the gig, another party back at their place. Good night too. We have also secured some more gigs for next year at the Mariner. Check the gig list for the dates.

 

So I guess for the time being thats about it. Next gig is on the 18th November at The Firs Club, Cheriton so try and come along. Should have some more new songs in by then too.  We also have a return to the Happy Frenchman on Thursday 30th November as well which we are really looking forward too.
